Guests are invited to enjoy our separate men’s and women’s locker room facilities, each featuring infrared sauna showers and private lockers fully stocked with robes and comfortable sandals for your convenience.In addition, our coed indoor-outdoor lounge provides a serene setting to relax, unwind, and extend your spa experience in a calm and restorative atmosphere both prior to and following your treatment.
❋ CANCELLATION POLICIESTo preserve the serenity and exclusivity of the Ondara Spa experience, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service.
❋ ARRIVAL TIMEWe invite guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to unwind, complete any necessary consultation, and fully immerse themselves in the Ondara Spa atmosphere.
❋ LATE ARRIVALLate arrivals may result in a reduced service duration to respect the experience of subsequent guests. The full service fee will apply, as your therapist and treatment room are reserved exclusively for you.
❋ AGE REQUIREMENTOndara Spa is designed as a tranquil retreat for adults. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy spa services. Exceptions for minors may be considered on a limited basis with parental consent, depending on the service.
❋ SERVICE CHARGEA 20% service charge is automatically applied to all spa services and is calculated based on the price of the service. This service charge is distributed among our spa professionals and support staff to recognize their dedication to exceptional care.
❋ TECHNOLOGICAL POLICYTo maintain a peaceful and restorative environment, we kindly ask that all mobile phones and electronic devices be silenced upon entering Ondara Spa. Use of phones, cameras, and other recording devices is discouraged in treatment areas and relaxation spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a calm, uninterrupted experience for all guests.
